Rooms and rates are being held for the nights of June 27 to June 30th. They are available on a first come, first served basis, so please reserve as soon as possible. If you wish to stay for longer than the conference dates being held, we suggest that you either reserve the blocked conference dates online and then call the hotel to inquire about rates and availability for additional nights, or simply contact the reservation line directly to book your entire stay.
Housing is also available in MIT residence halls in non air-conditioned single and double rooms. The nightly rates are $74 and $98 ($49/person), respectively. Requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; space is limited. The deadline to submit your request is Sunday, June 17, 2012; no requests for on-campus housing can be accommodated on-site. Note that on-campus housing is only available to those who have registered and paid for the conference.
