Meeting Details
|
|
Registration and Session Location
Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 26. Sessions will be held either at the Faculty of Economics, Université de la Méditerranée (14 avenue Jules Ferry) or at the Faculty of Letters, Université de Provence (29 avenue Robert Schuman). The two locations are within about a ten minute walk of each other. Locations and room numbers are listed in the program.
Registration for the meeting will be held in the Hall of the Faculty of Economics, Université de la Méditerranée, 14 avenue Jules Ferry, 13100 Aix-en-Provence.

Session Numbers
Each panel has a unique four digit number. The first number indicates the day of the panel: "1" is Thursday, "2" is Friday and "3" is Saturday. The second number indicates the time slot for the panel: "1" means the panel is in the first time slot etc. There are two time slots on Thursday, three on Friday, and four on Saturday. The third and fourth numbers show the sequence of the listing within the time slot.
Note to Organizers and Moderators
Each panel session is one hour and thirty minutes long. Most panels have three presenters. Some have two and some have four. It is important that each presenter have at least 15 minutes in which to make a presentation and that there be time left for discussion. If you are listed as the organizer or the moderator and are unable to attend the session, please make sure that one of the panel members or another meeting participant takes responsibility for moderating the panel.
Scheduled Meetings
Executive Council: The Executive Council will meet from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon on Thursday, June 26, at the Faculty of Economics, Université de la Méditerranée.
Network Organizers: The Network Organizers will meet from 12:00 to 1:30 on Friday, June 27, at.
Meals at Conference
Annual Dinner: The Annual Dinner will be held on Friday night, June 27 at 8:00 p.m. at Les Deux Garcons. The restaurant is located at Cours Mirabeau (downtown).
Lunch on Friday and Saturday: A "box lunch" will be available on Friday and Saturday for ??. You can purchase tickets at registration. There are also some restaurants in the area.
Other Events
On Saturday, June 28, there will be a concert at the Cathedrale Saint-Sauveur, 34 place des Martyrs, 13100 Aix en Provence. There will be no cost for this event.

SASE 2004
|
|
The 16th Annual meeting on Socio-Economics will be held at George Washington University, Washington,
D.C from July 9-11, 2004. The theme of the meeting will be "Private Powers and Public Domains:
Redefining Relations Between States, Markets, and Societies." The Communitarian Network will meet at
the same time. Amitai Etzioni, founder of SASE, has organized partial funding for the SASE meeting.
